On July 7, 1990, Guy Billy Lee Scott attended a party in Preble County, Ohio. During that party, a friend in attendance, was tragically killed and found in the lake the next day. Even though Billy had been a friend to Lesa and had no motive to want to hurt her, he was charged and convicted of the murder. Billy has been in prison for fifteen years. He maintains his innocence and we support his claims; knowing him as we do-a loyal and protective son, brother and friend. Billy wants everyone to know he would never have hurt Lesa, especially the friends he grew up and went to school with.
